I’m into:
HIIT training and circuit training. I also enjoy sprinting and coastal walks. I love spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, travelling around the world, dancing when I am out, trying new restaurants/bars and eating dessert.
Professionally I have developed a passion for the benefits of exercise in mental health conditions, as well as reducing stress, anxiety and depression. I am also interested in the effectiveness of high intensity interval training for fat loss and improving cardiovascular and metabolic health. I enjoy working with people to achieve their goals, improve their physical and mental health (look and feel good) and embark on a journey to live the longest, happiest and healthiest life possible.
As an Exercise Physiologist I’m passionate about decreasing the impact of prevalent health issues through effective exercise prescription, education and tailoring exercise programs to meet the individual needs of each client. Seeing clients improve in their health and wellbeing or ability to manage their condition is the most rewarding part of my job.
My Skills:
Currently I specialise in exercise prescription and management of patients with various muscle and skeletal conditions commonly rehabilitation from musculoskeletal injuries. I also develop exercise programs for healthy populations who want to improve physique, fitness, strength, or overall exercise/sporting performance.
I have also had experience throughout my degree in exercise programming for chronic disease including Neurological rehab (MS, Stroke, Parkinson’s), Cardiovascular disease (Hypertension) and Metabolic diseases (Cancer, Diabetes).
I also have certification in Pilates Mat Work Level 1 from the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. This has provided me with the skills to offer Pilates to clients recovering from back pain and other injuries. As well as, provide postural education, correct movement patterning and body awareness.

Burpees, crab walks and jump squats.
